Thank you for suggestions on the pump Sheila. I have personally only used the cradles.

There is also an issue of either pumping solvents or lifting the cans to pour with long-lasting ergonomic effects.
The only pump we've found that works on these is the Goat Throat brand. All other leaked.
To pour from a 20-L can, a can cradle can be used, but it's still awkward.
