We also used the Goat Throat pumps when we couldn't convince mgmt to go away from the 20L drums. They are expensive but work quite well. This was 10 years ago, so I don't know if there have been any improvements.

There is also an issue of either pumping solvents or lifting the cans to pour with long-lasting ergonomic effects.
The only pump we've found that works on these is the Goat Throat brand. All other leaked.
To pour from a 20-L can, a can cradle can be used, but it's still awkward.
